With due respect and honor, I would like to inform you that my daughter Isha Khan, a student of class 9 at your esteemed institution, Liz Woodland School, is currently in a very serious condition due to illness. Owing to her poor health condition, she is unable to attend the school and will not be able to appear in the examination.

We are hopeful that with poor proper medical treatment and rest, she will recover soon. In this regard, I humbly request you to kindly grant her leave for the time being and if possible, permit her to write the examination at a later date once she is fit and able to write the examination.
